Scioto River Bridge at Vera Junction
The bridge over the Scioto River is just east of Vera Junction. In this shot, the line going north to Columbus is in the foreground. March proved a good time to shoot this bridge, as the leaves had not come out on the trees yet. I never realized until taking this shot just how many spans are on this bridge. Nine spans I think I count, not including the deck girder sections at the east end.
